Forms not sending email notification

Hi,

I am having an issue with Forms not sending an email notification for a user task. This has been working fine until this week. The box is checked to receive and email notification and when I tested the forms configuration test, I receive an email verification. Some Email Service tasks are going through, while I receive this error for others. 

Unable to send an email. Please contact your system administrator. [LFF2000-EmailSubmissionFailure]

I just upgraded to Forms 10.4.3 and this issue started happening without any changes to the configuration. Now all my tasks are suspending with an error "Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Unable to relay"  and [LFF2000-EmailSubmissionFailure].

Any assistance would be great.

I found this was only happening if I was attaching a PDF form to the email. I removed the PDF attachment and no longer received the error.
