Client left [locked] his workstation overnight to continue the process of importing documents into Laserfiche.
In the morning, when he logged onto his machine, he encountered the following message with the dialog Recovered Electronic Documents:
We have confirmed that the logout user automatically parameter is set to never. And as far as Client IT can tell, neither the LFS service not the Server it resides on were restarted.
What could such an issue?
