Exporting an excel report for metadata information can be done by
This option will only download an EXCEL file containing all the fields of your choice followed by their values.
This option will download an XML file containing information about the fields presented in your templates, in addition to their data type information.
Note that you can convert an XML file into Excel using a converter.

I didn't quite get your remark in the attached photo.
But if you need to export an EXCEL file to show metadata types and not their values, then try Exporting an XML file from the administration console (steps mentioned in my earlier comment) and then convert the generated XML file to EXCEL.
Your obtained EXCEL file will have for example :
field1 text
field2 date
field3 List
.... ......
If this isn't your desired result please elaborate more on what you need
