I created custom column profiles for different files, and applied them to the specific folders. However, it always ends up reverting back to the default 'last modified, date created' etc. How do I fix?

Are the column profiles getting reverted when you refresh the page? Or are the columns only saving on the specific folders you set them on?
There is an option to retain the same set of columns for all folders in the repository. That way, you don't have to set them on each folder individually.
You can find this in the Options page, under the Display tab. When you go back to the folder listing, refresh the page to ensure the setting is applied.

It appears to happen the next day. I have different columns I need for each set of folders, therefore I have 'Remembered for each folder' checked. I also had 'Refresh folders automatically' checked, so maybe unchecking that will solve the problem.

Are there other settings that are resetting as well? I've seen scenarios where organizations have automated processes in place that reset users' personal settings every day. When I hear situations where settings are resetting daily, it raises red flags in my mind that maybe something similar is happening.
