Hi, is there a way to combine all the pages to a new single document (copy the pages, not move) base on what the user has selected in web client? I have been trying to write a business process for this but having issue since multiple instances of workflow runs concurrently. Thanks.

Hi Wai
Yes you can, but you can only use "Copy to" from the Pages view, not from the electronic pages.
So you document would have to have Laserfiche Pages generated for the file.
From inside a document you can do this manually by selecting he first page, then Shift or Ctrl to select a range or individual additional pages. Then you can right click and choose "Copy To" and either select the file to move the pages to or not select a file and a new file will be created with the pages.
Workflow can also move pages around as well, but it too can only move Laserfiche Pages. Workflow can Copy all the pages from selected documents to a new document or an existing document, you have to determine the strategy for the order they are to be combined in. If you want to find a method to mark the individual pages in a file that are to be moved, that workflow can recognize, I have used Stamps in the past as a technique to mark pages but the workflow gets a bit more complicated.
