Workflow Wait Condition issues

I have a workflow that should wait until Form is processed = Yes. I can see that in Subscriber Tracer my changes are being made but they are coming up as False for some reason.

It must be something simple I am missing! I just need some fresh eyes on this with me. Thanks!

How is the field populated on the template? Is it filled in from the form? Or is it changed to Yes manually by a user?

It is blank and changed manually by user.

You know what, when I first started testing it was populated automatically. Then I changed it to blank and I guess I never tested it after that! Hah!

I have to mention that the workflow is started by Forms and has no starting rules because of that. I did check the box to indicate that it is started by Forms.
