Can you elaborate on what you are seeing?  I just successfully downloaded a 3.25 GB file from WebLink 10.4, and I think it's in default configuration.

We can stream the 3g video which is download to temp . We need the user to be able use the download feature. The file completes the download it looks like it downloaded however the file is  0 bytes.  Do you know where I can change the default config?

The file is exactly 3.531177G
