Trigger DocuSign upon Entry Creation in Repository

I am trying to figure out how to best integrate Laserfiche Forms with DocuSign.  We have several forms that require a legally binding signature.  The required signatures are dependent on which department fills out the form. 

If I have a form which is submitted, then saved as a PDF to the repository. 

Is it possible to trigger DocuSign to gather signatures based on the event of entry creation in a particular folder in the repository?

I saw a demonstration for DocuSign Activities for Laserfiche Workflow by Cities Digital, https://www.laserfiche.com/marketplace/docusign-activities-for-laserfiche-workflow-by-cities-digital/, a while back and it sounds like it may be able to help you.

You can create a workflow to watch a particular folder for entry changes or creation. From there you could call the Request DocuSign Signature activity to request a signature using the custom activity.

I have not actually used it as it was beyond the scope of the project, but I would suggest checking it out if you haven't already done so.
