Hello!

I have a client experiencing a number of strange occurrences with a new template, but this is the focus at the moment. When the client opens a document to view the metadata, occasionally the List field (with about 15 static items in it) will simply load as a blank text field. If they close and re-open the document, the issue will usually correct itself. They apparently will open 10-25 documents at once when this happens, but I'm not certain that's relevant information.

Has anyone else experienced this, or know how to correct it?
