License Activation

After the expiry of our VAR License, I am not able to write to the Laserfiche repository. I have already reactivated the license but have not been able to figure out why  I only have I only have retrieval rights.

Hi Kenneth,

 

Further to Chris's advise, open the administration console and select the top node to confirm if it is licensed? at times, if you are reactivating, you may have forgotten to load the lf.licx and activationkey files into their respective folders after using the ActivationTool to activate the licenses again?

Hi Kenneth,

 

Check inside your lf.licx file in C:\program files\Laserfiche\Server\lf.licx and check the expiration date has indeed re-freshed. If this is correct, re-start the Laserfiche server service and check the event viewer for any errors.
