We set up the email approvals configuration, related mailbox and configured them, but the actual processing doesn't seem to happen.
The reference email gets sent when the task is assigned and routed into the folder indicated in the approval mail configuration.
When the user replies the reply email goes into the inbox and both emails get marked as read after a brief moment.
Unfortunately after that, nothing happens. The process doesn't advance, nor do we get a response if we send an invalid reply in the email, i.e. gibberish instead of "Approve" or "Reject".
There's nothing in the event log to indicate something went wrong, no errors.
We also checked the email header and the X-LFForms header is present on the reference email.
