My client is running into an issue where they are not able to determine where documents are to be restored to, their only option is to restore to its original location which they don't want to.

The option to restore elsewhere is grayed out, but we can't seem to figure out why.

They are on version 10.3.1.479

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thanks for any insight!
