Question

Log in failed because the number of sessions has reached the licensed limit, or the user account has reached its session limit, or no named user license has been allocated to the user account. [9030]

asked on January 14, 2019

Hi,

We are using LF Web Client 10.3 (10.3.1.51), and have the number of staff members below the user licenses obtained for use. I have just created a new user account for the new staff member who recently joined us. The dilemma is when the new user tries to log in with user credentials; the system denies access for the user; with this error message:

"Log in failed because the number of sessions has reached the licensed limit, or the user account has reached its session limit, or no named user license has been allocated to the user account. [9030]".

Kindly assist in resolving this issue.

The relevant part is probably "no named user license has been allocated to the user account".  After you created the account, did you assign a license to it?
