Having sporadic issues with pages scanning blank

We are scanning into Laserfiche Windows Client using a Panasonic scanner and sometimes a few of the documents that are scanned are blank.  Unsure if this is a Scanner or a software issue, but I know these pages are not actually blank because we have "Blank Page Removal" enabled.  Any suggestions?

You mentioned that you have Blank Page Removal turned on. Can you post a screenshot of your settings?

Sometimes it's easy to miss blank pages because there are marks or smudges that might be difficult to spot with the naked eye, but show up glaringly to the scanner. Also, if the scanner lens gets dirty, it can produce artifacts that will cause some empty pages to not be detected as blank.
