Question

Keep full file together after running through Quickfields

asked on December 28, 2018

I am running into a problem. We have these files that run through quickfields. Most times the file is in order, but sometimes a file gets submitted and the main template page is the 4th or 5th page down. Quickfields will then break off the first set of pages into a separate "unidentified document", and file anything starting with the Main template page.

How can I configure Quickfields to keep all of the pages together? This creates more work and have to search for the original and put the file back together.

The way Quickfields classifies documents is with 'first page identification' so you should have the pages in order when running them through the program.  When Quickfields finds a first page it will include all pages after that as part of the document until one of the following occurs: The last page is identified for the class or another page that is being scanned is identified as a first page.
