User unable to open Web Client in Chrome

We have a customer who is unable to open Web Access on their Windows 10 machine. They can open Web Access in IE11 on the same machine.

The user can open Web Access on another workstation, running Windows 7.

When they go to open Web Access they get an error- The webpage, https://thieraddress.com/laserfiche might be temporarily down or it may have been moved permanently to a new web address.

We tried incognito, no luck.

They are on version 10.3.1.51

Any ideas?

It would seem that it's an issue with the Chrome configuration on that machine. Is Chrome up-to-date? Are other sites affected, or just web client? Are you connecting with just a host name, or the FQDN? Have you tried re-installing Chrome?
