Next/Previous Document Buttons from Context Hits Greyed Out?

Hi all,

Quick question, when opening a document in the Laserfiche document viewer you can add the next/previous document buttons to the toolbar to cycle through documents in a folder/search results.

When running a text search and opening a document by double-clicking one of the context hits the next/previous document buttons are greyed out and not available. Is this expected behaviour?

So I run a search and select a document:

And then open the document from the context hits pane:

This is in Laserfiche Client version 10.3.1.

I've got  client reporting the same issue, were you able to get this resolved?

This now seems to work for me using version 11 :)

Thanks for the update, my issue is happening for one user in web client.

Hi Courtney-

I have a thought, but am not positive it will work for you. I had a user with an issue like this related to the Web Access auto-refresh option. That option has been hidden for several versions due to side-effects, so not sure it's even on. I had it set on the Everyone group, but then disabled it for a user that had problems with the Next/Previous buttons goofing up. Might be worth a shot.

The attribute to set on the user in the management/admin console is:

[‏WebAccess]‏AutoRefresh

And then give it a data value of 0
