We have a Cloud customer that is using the Public Portal. They have already logged in to rename their repository to a friendly name. This works fine in WebAccess. However, when logging in via the Public Portal, the friendly name is not used. It is using the name assigned by Laserfiche instead. Is there a way to change this?

Hi Jen,
We were able to reproduce the reported issue in cloud environment which Public Portal always displays the Repository ID instead of the Repository name. Unfortunately there are no suggested work arounds for this issue, especially it occurs in the cloud environment.
Please open a support case with Bug 147118. We are actively looking into the bug and when there is an update/fix for the bug, you will be notified via the support case opened.
