Operational Reports not loading

Hello!

 

While trying to run an operational report on one of our forms, it gets stuck on the loading page.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi Armando,

 

Maybe this is causing by dashboard caching. One thing you can try is to disable caching. In database, cf_options table. If there is an optioname called "EnableDashboardCache" and please change the value to false. If there is no such optionname in the table, then the dashboard caching is disabled. If disable caching does not solve the issue, could you please open a support case, so we can help you finding the root cause.
