Connector not working in Firefox

I am currently seeing the message "Could not get the Firefox tab, please refresh and try again" when trying to set up a Connector Profile in Firefox.

 

The Firefox version is 64.0. I am running the same version on my machine and have gone through the special configuration for Firefox on the end users machine.

 

Has anyone run into this with this version of Firefox? If so, what did you do to get your profile working?

Hi Charles,

Connector 10.3 works on Firefox 64.0. Which version of Connector do you use?

 

Could you please check the command line for firefox in Task Manager? With correct configuration, there is one process with "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -start-debugger-server 6000.
