Windows explorer Send To prevents field editing

When I right-click a file and select Send To from the context menu, then select Laserfiche, I am unable to edit all the fields of a template I normally have access to.

I get the login screen and authenticate. When I select nearly any template, almost all the fields are read only. A few are not.

If I open the client and import the file, then I have full rights to the template and fields. See the screenshot. Left: Send To; Right: import in client.

 

How can I get the Send To option to function properly?

What's the exact version of the Windows client being used? As a sanity check, can you confirm the user that's logging in from the "Send to Laserfiche Windows Shell Extension" application by checking the Laserfiche Administration Console's All Sessions node, just to verify it's actually the same user that you logged into the Windows client as.

If everything appears to check out, then please open a support case with your Laserfiche Solution Provider.
