Import Agent - Email Archive For Backlog Emails

Hi all,

 

The new feature for Import Agent "Email Archive" - I don't see any information about importing backlog email files.  Only seems to be information on going-forward emails....


Can anyone shed some light on this?  Is it possible?  If so, is there any documentation on that?

Thank you for the response...But I've looked at that guide and that's exactly what I was referring to - I don't see anything that refers to Backlog emails.  There only appears to be information on emails going forward from the time you set up the profile.

Hi Qinmei,

 

I'm referring to emails that were received, say, 3 months ago from the time this Import Agent Email Archive profile is setup.

 

Basically, is it possible to archive the old emails into the repository with this new Import Agent feature?

 

To me, it appears that the way this new feature currently works is for any emails that are received in the future (going forward).  I did not see anything in the guide that refers to old emails (backlog).
