I have a form that has many users able to approve/reject. I set up a group in Active Directory with the user's in it, then I add that group to LFDS. Finally, I add the group in Forms Config to allow the users to login. I have one user that is in all the above groups, yet when they try and sign into forms, they still get the message: "The user does not belong to a group that is authorized to sign in to Laserfiche Forms."

I have synchronized everything and made sure they have a forms license as well.

Any suggestions?
