Hide section header on Form Load

I would like to hide a section header on form load. When form loads, type of request none will be selected and the section should be hidden. If type of request A is chosen, the section should appear. When I add field rules, the section header shows on page load. How do I hide it please?

Reverse your Field Rule logic. Instead of HIDE when ____ use SHOW when Field = ____

Then it will default to being hidden on form load and will only appear when Request A is selected.

Thanks. I have the rule set that way. But, the section header shows all the time. I want it to hide when page load and at that time Type of Request nothing is selected

I am unable to say Hide that section when Type of Request is empty

Have you tried when request in NOT EQUAL? I know there's a way to make it work so I have done it many times.
