Inserting links in Text below field

One of our customer wants a links in text below field.

Currently, if you enter HTML into the text below/above field it will show as raw text in the designer, but it will render as HTML when the form loads. I can't say that this will survive future updates, but it still works in the latest version of 10.3.1
