Email Archive

Dears,

 

I have some questions regarding the Email arhive feature in the Import Agent.

  1. Can we create one profile for multiple email accounts or do we have to create a profile for each account?
  2. Does the email archive work with Gmail ? if so how do we configure the profile in this case.

Each profile has a singular mailbox it checks.

I do not know about Gmail but I see login configuration for Exchange and O365. I have been using the local exchange with IMAP.
