Not able to restore from recycle bin

Hi, 

We noticed that some documents has gone missing from the Repo, i was able to see these were processed with Workflow at the Begin of September. I had the Entry ID from workflow and done checks, could not find these documents. I eventually found them in the recycle bin, but then i was not able to restore these documents which seem to been deleted on the same date and time. When browsing the recycle bin and arranging it by date deleted, i don't see them, however when doing a search in the recycle bin that's when i found them. We do a manual purge every few mins to avoid issues with documents going missing. 

 

When trying to restore, i get the following error:

 

It is all the documents for that particular day it seems, when i try and restore other documents it doesn't give me an error. Anything else i can check?

Just to confirm, does the item you're trying to restore show the "Document" type/icon in the recycle bin?

The error message seems to indicate it is a page, or electronic file, that was attached to the document in question and the document itself is either still in the recycle bin or has since been purged.

Hi Jason, 

The icon shows the PDF for PDF documents and then pages for the pages. 

When a document is purged, it is not suppose to show in the Recycle bin is it?

Is this for the same document, or different documents? I'm trying to determine if the items you're seeing in the recycle bin are actually documents, or if they are just document parts like pages and electronic files.

Can you add the the "Entry Type" column and check what that says?
