I have users who have been using a briefcase for years for convenience. It is just a folder structure. Plain and simple with four folders in it. We upgraded our server to 10 a few months ago and they say that just in the last week that the drag and drop function of importing the briefcase isn't working. 

I created a new briefcase and when I drag it into the folder in my client (10.3), nothing happens. I'm on Windows 7. Any ideas?
