Hello,

Customer just installed Sophos AV and they are seeing some issues where images are failing to load due to General Database Error-9008.

We looked in the Event Viewer on the server and we do see these error entries:

An error occurred when executing an SQL query, retrieving the results of a query, or otherwise communicating with the database server. Database 'LF' is being recovered. Waiting until recovery is finished."; Statement="select datalength(data) from thumbnails where pageid=:pageid<bigint>"; SQL Variable=""; SQL State="42000".

They are trying to figure what settings to tweak, for Sophos on the Server.

They are excluding the real time scanning of the E:\LaserficheData folder.

I have provided the customer with the Workstation exclusion that were provided by Miruna in another LF Answer Post.

Appreciate any guidance that can be offered.
