Client recently upgrade to the Laserfiche Directory Server from the License Manager. They want their users to be able to login to Weblink [9] using their UPN name [user@xyz.com].

 

Currently when they attempt to use their UPN name, user@xyz.com, they encounter a message stating their username or password is incorrect.

When they utilize the Fully Qualified Domain Name which is in the format user@ad.xyz.com, then they are able to successfully log in.

 

Both ad.xyz.com and xyz.com are identity providers in the LFDS. The ad.xyz.com is the primary [default] identity provider.

 

Is there a way to allow users to login to Weblink 9 using the UPN Name (user@xzy.com) in this scenario?
