server down?

We are unable to login to the Laserfiche cloud this morning.  Windows client gives a "784" operation timed out.  The webclient will login but just spin if you ask it for anything and eventually gave back a "error loading dialog".

 

Is the web service up & do you have an accessible server status page for future?

Hello Andrea,

We have been looking into the issue with the web client. For reference, our status page is available at [https://status.laserfiche.com]. We unfortunately do not have any further details surrounding the issue at this time.

For the issue with the desktop client, that does not correlate with the observed issues at the moment. I would recommend reaching out to your solution provider to help investigate that.
