Hi,

A user is trying to generate report from a client. The Report is the outcome of a search criteria. The listed documents are just over 17K. Unfortunately the report takes at least two hours to be created which is not acceptable to the user. Using the thin client Chrome is a bit faster. But the standard browser of the organization is Internet Explorer which is also slow. This is a Laserfiche 10.2 Installation. Any reason why it takes such a long time?
