Hi All,

I'm experiencing a weird glitch with some of my users: when changing metadata fields, the metadata doesn't change. There is no error message, there are no rights issues, but when these users try to input a field value, the field doesn't respond to the text being inputted. 

It will acknowledge that the field is selected and is waiting for a value to be inputted, but once they start typing, it's like they hit "tab" and the field reverts to its old value.

One user was able to restart their computer and it worked again for one instance, but then the error reoccured.

Any suggestions? This is on different computers and users.
