In the Document Viewer I am noticing that the "Rotate" tool from the Toolbar is not available to a user with Retrieval Access, but is for the user that has "Full" Access.  In the Windows Client 9.1 we were allowed to add the Rotate button for the Retrieval User so they could Rotate the image while viewing it. They could not save the document that way, but were allowed to Rotate the image just to view.

Is this possible in the Web Client 10.3.1 version and if so, how do we add the Rotate tool to the toolbar for the users to Rotate the pages?
