Printing from LF Web Access Client 10.3.1

We upgraded over the weekend to Rio 10.3 from 9.1.   We have users that when they go to Print a document out of the Web Client version it is printing a Blank page between each printed page. This is only happening with the Web Client 10.3.1. We are still using the Windows Client 9.1, no issue there.  We use Internet Explorer 11 for all Web applications.

Also, if you Download the document first, then print the PDF it prints just fine.  This is not a solution, just a work around or we can use the Windows client.  Need solution to this Web printing issue.

 

In addition to this printing issue I have other questions that I will ask in separate LF Answers questions, not to get these topics confused.

Hey Robin,

I just got the same issue reported to me to today. Just in addition to blank pages we also get cutoff printouts, which I believe may be caused by letter and legal size pages in the same document.

I have not received a response as of yet.  We also use the Desktop Client and do not have this issue with it.

Thanks for reporting another issue.

What Browser are you guys using?  We use Internet Explorer 11.

I tested with Chrome 74 and IE11 with identical results.
