received bad response from the server, in download

Dears ,

 

I'm getting the attached error when downloading documents as pdf from WebClient (user uploaded it as pdf and generated pages).

This error disappears after retrying later.

This error appears in random cases (small and big files)

 

Laserfiche Server Version: 10.2.1 build 993

Laserfiche Web Client 10.2 (10.2.1.372)

Laserfiche Repository Access : 10.2.1.488

Please open a support case so we can get trace logs and troubleshoot the problem.
