Assigning to Team Using Filter

When assigning a task to a team and using a filter to filter it down to a specific user in the team, the entire team still receives the email notification. Is this by design? If so, is there a way to change that behavior?

Hi Blake,

 

   I assume you've ensured that only the members you want are assigned to that filter. Under team options, have you selected "Hide team tasks from team members not assigned to the task.?"

   Does it show everyone on the team when you click on test?
