Download more than one form at once!?

I would absolutely love to be able to download more than one form at one time. Currently only able to do one at a time, as per images.

Trying wherever possible to save myself time, as I am sure many others are.

Possible new feature for the future?

Clive, I assume you are referring to the download of the forms XML. I totally agree with you.

I feel like you would still need to answer all the same questions, where to save, what to name, what template and fields. If you looking to apply the exact same settings to multiple forms, just fill out one save to repository, then copy it.

We have a workaround for this. As part of the process to migrate legacy Forms cloud customers to process automation, we released a KB article with instructions and a process that contains a script to download all processes out of the Forms server. Go to the KB link below, download the zip file, and import the Download Process XML to your Forms server. When you start that process, the starting form has a button to Download All which will download a zip file with all processes that user has rights to.
