I have recently upgraded our Quickfields from version 8 to version 9 in order to resolve a problem with our documents OCR'ing the date on our documents incorrectly with spaces in-between the numbers.  While changing to version 9 of quickfields seems to have fixed this issue, I am now having a new problem of the date that is put into the metadata field is staying in the format of MM/DD/YY rather than auto switch to MM/DD/YYYY format as it always has in QF version 8.  Should note that when I click on the 11/12/18 metadata field as shown below, it then auto changes to the correct 11/12/2018 format.  Also must note that it is putting any date with a zero in front of the day (11/01/18 to 11/09/18) correctly into the metadata field.

While I am aware that some might say the solution is to use pattern matching/substitution, our small company does not have that with our Laserfiche United and we can't afford to get the upgrade change to Laserfiche Avante at this time.  So saying we need to buy an add-on is not an option.  Should also note that I have only upgraded the QuickFields program to version 9.  Everything else is still running on version 8.3 and I am very hesitant to update anything else if more issues might come up.
