Hi
-I have two Laserfiche servers 10.2 (Development and production)
-one LFDS server 10.2
-Both are configured identical (except that service account for Dev. is using domain\useracount format for lf service account but Production is using useraccount@domain.net format but they are the same account)
-All port are open
Development works fine.
Production has issue
The issue is :
When we browse to add LFDS directory account from LF console Laserfiche directory server the behavior is not normal.
-Sometime I see old user account and I can't find the new ones added
-Sometime when I leave it for a long time (like a day) and come back and browse I am able to find the recently added user account
-Also we were able to browse the list after replacing LF server license Prod. server
-When I add new user or change an existing use account in LFDS, on console Laserfiche directory server browsing returns error (below)
What could be causing this? is there a timer that we can trigger to enforce communication between LFDS server and Prod Server.
