Hi, I'm implementing Laserfiche RIO for one of our customer and customer had purchase Unlimited public portal for public user to access.

For the architecture design, WebLink, Web Access and Forms installed in DMZ Server and the rest (LFDS and Laserfiche Server) installed in application server. DMZ server allow user to access from outside and due to security concerns customers do not allow connect to their windows AD.

My original plan for WebLink is connect with LFDS for user authentication unfortunately WebLink do not support SSO for the current version. Now I set the user log in way to "Prompt for Windows Credentials", but WebLink return an error message :"The user name or password is incorrect". I guess this error occur is because DMZ Server do not have connection with customer windows AD.

Kindly refer questions as below:

1. How users can login to WebLink with their windows credential ?
2. For unlimited public portal, how to let none license user to access WebLink ? I have set the permission to allow public users access WebLink in LFDS, but I still cannot sign in to weblink when the user do not have full name license.
