Error Processing Request

So trying to setup Braintree in a Laserfiche form and get the following error:

There is nothing on the site and I cannot find anything in any kind of log.  Braintree support said it's Laserfiche.  How can I go about troubleshooting? or where do I go to find out more information?

Sandbox mode... .are you using the test credit card credentials? https://developers.braintreepayments.com/guides/credit-cards/testing-go-live/php

Awesome that was it.  I didn't see anything that would indicate that error.  I appreciate the suggestion.
