Hello,

We have a customer who uses a Template for documents when Scanning as well as, when they create documents in Laserfiche.

When they use the Template, for Scanning, they have permissions to fill in all of the required fields, but once they go to save to the repository, two of the fields lose the metadata that was entered.

When they create/drag a document into Laserfiche and fill out the same template and hit save, the same two fields, hold the metadata entered.

I have checked the Security of the Template and the Fields in the LF Admin Console, and both users are members of a group, that has permissions to edit both the Template/Fields.

Not sure where else to look.
