We have E1 and some integration. What are you specifically looking for?

I am specifically looking at Integrating to JDE using Z Files for uploading of invoice data, also accessing JDE Supplier Master for validation of Supplier details off invoice, and finally access to GL codes for coding of Non PO invoices prior to upload into JDE. I hope that helps, thanks.

All of that is possible. We upload cash receipts using Z Tables, as well as use various queries to validate codes as various documents are uploaded. We also use E1's integration feature (I don't remember what it's called) to display Laserfiche documents directly inside E1.

Do you need somebody to contact, or just as a bullet point?

So, there are several places within E1 that we use E1's ability to display another application in an IFRAME. In those instances, we use a stripped down version of WebLink to display single documents that are relevant to the user at that time. We use this extensively in the AP/AR/Payroll/HR areas of E1.

We also have an in-house application that involves cash receipts. It handles the day-to-day functions and then each night we upload to an E1 Z-Table the totals for a number of different E1 account numbers.

We also pull data out of E1. At various points, Finance and HR scan in various documents. Sometimes, we validate the metadata that has been entered against E1 to make sure that everything matches up. We'll also allow the user to only enter a GL batch number or an employee number, and then we backfill the rest of the data from E1 automatically. In other instances, we use Quick Fields Agent to process the documents and extract data. Then we use the same Workflow process to validate and backfill.

Hi Devin,

It's been a while, but hope you can assist. Have you had any experience with Integrating to JDE using their Application Interface Server (AIS) ?

Regards

Bruce
