SAML Authentication with Azure AD

I was able to follow the guide that you guys have for setting up SAML Authentication.

It works great from the office 365 apps into LaserFiche. I even have the landing page setup properly.

 

The first issue I'm struggling with is from the main login if I haven't gone through Office 365 (Azure) and try to select the SSO which is the SAML config I get the below error.

Anyone run into this?

 

 

Issue 2) I'm only seeing SAML auth on the web portion not the thick client. Anyway to run SAML auth on that?

Can you open a support case for the login issue?

 

There are no plans to extend SAML authentication to the Windows client.

what about the mobile app?

The Mobile team is considering SAML for future development but has not yet set a date for this work.

Do you know if SAML is working with the latest version of Laserfiche Mobile / LFDS 10.4.2?

This should work, we recently tested the LFMobile apps with Azure SAML and it works on all 3 mobile platforms.

Yes, it is true for OKTA SAML as well (we tested Azure and OKTA).
