first page disappearing

Using first page identification, documents are identified and then processed.  I have a process that has been successful in the past, but is suddenly removing the first page every time.  Any ideas?  

We did recently update to 10.3.

I've never seen Quick Fields remove a page without the Page Removal activities configured. When you run the session manually in Quick Fields, can you see at what point the page is being removed?

In the processing pane, I have the following error: Error writing XML. %s

Check this post; it seems to describe the same issue, and apparently there's a hotfix.

Thanks.  I will get this this Hotfix installed.  From the other comments, it sounds like it will work.
