Updating Operational Report

I have a customer I work with that utilizes Forms very heavily and relies on several reports. The one they like the most is the Operational Report, however they noticed upon the last upgrade that it went from updating nearly instantly to about 3-4 times a day. Is there a setting for the Operational Report's intervals that I could set? Is there a way to manually update the "last updated" dataset?

Hi Hunter,

In database cf_options table we have a flag that can turn off the operational dashboard caching. The flag name is "EnableDashboardCache" and you can set the value to false. The operational dashboard will be updated real time. If there is no such flag in the table, you could add the one row with the flag name and optionvalue is false. I attached an example in the attachment.
