replicated entry id

Hi LF Community,

I'm using Replicate Enrtries in Workflow and i'm trying to get the id of the replicated document in order to generate a weblink public portal (as shown in the attached file).

When i display Replicate entries tokens, i get only folder name or folder full path, i want to get replicated document id.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I would do a custom search if you have some sort of template for your entry names (like Quote Number - 1234).

Id do a search Repo: Static "Quote Number - %(VariableForQuoteNumber)".

Hope this helps!

(Basically create some sort of identifier for yourself using your own logic).

This is by design. Given that Replicate Entries can work with large numbers of documents, only the destination folder is available. You can use Find Entry or Search Repository to find the documents you need in the destination repository.
