Rename replicate entries

I am trying to use a Business Process workflow to use the 'replicate entries' activity to make redactions permanent. That part works fine. What I also want to do is rename the created / replicated entry. The 'rename' activity only seems to be able to rename the Starting Entry or the Replicated folder (not the replicated entry).

Has anyone done something similar with making redactions permanent?

Since Replicate Entries could be working with very large sets of documents, Rename Entry won't work in the same workflow instance. You can write a separate workflow to rename the documents and trigger it off the creation of the documents in the target repository as they're being replicated.

Hi Jonathan,

 

You need to change the activity on the rename entry to rename the migrated/other entry, rather than the starting entry.
