Why is there a Conditional Decision and a Routing Decision Activity in Workflow?

In Workflow there are two activities that seem to be identical, Conditional Decision and Routing Decision. Is there a difference between these two activities? If so, what is it? If not, why do they both exist?

They're the same activity. We've added the Conditional Decision because we noticed that a fairly large people couldn't find the if-else construct as "routing decision" and were (incorrectly) using "conditional parallel" instead.
